Hello! My name is Buttons, and I am about to tell you the process of making jellybeans. Well, first at the factory a large kettle is filled with liquid sugar. It is heated to about 175 degrees Celsius. Glucose is added. And then starch. A large agitating device mixes this gooey mixture. Meanwhile, at another part of the factory starch spills out of a large drum into big trays. A leveler moves over them to level out the starch. As they move on, all the exes starch is brushed off to be recycled. 756 jelly bean impressions are moulded into each tray by a HUGE mechanical moulding board. Nozzles now squirt the jelly bean mixture into each starch tray moulds. The jelly bean centers (and the moulds) now move on to the drying room where they will stay for 24 hours. This makes them chewier. After they have dried arms flip the trays of jellybeans and starch in a drum that separates them. Then the trays flip back and get filled again to start the jelly bean process again. The jelly bean centers now separated from the starch, move across a wire conveyor belt. They then go into a steam room to dampen them. Then they get a nice sweet sugar coating. And then they get tossed around in a large sanding drum while nozzles squirt sugar at them. Elsewhere in the factory, liquid sugar flows into a large kettle. Food coloring is added and then mixed. This mixture along with some flavoring, is added to the jelly bean centers in a big turning drum. Then sugar is added. This process is done four times to the jelly bean centers to create a shell around the centers. The next day when the shell has hardened, hot syrup is added and then they are turned again. This polishes them. A little wax is added and then the drum stops spinning and the jellybeans air dry for 24 hours. Once they've dried, they move in a multi colored mass along a series of conveyor belts. Then they fall into a scale system that divides them into portions. A trap door opens and they fall into a packaging department. Once they're in the bag, their on their on their way to sweeten up someones day. THE END! NOW SCRAM! I'm sorry, Buttons is still holding a grudge against me because i accidently gave her lettuce instead of silverbeet, so now she's just plain grumpy.JELLY BEANS!!!!!!!!!
